As ThomsonAdsett's Director of Health, Nic possesses extensive local and international experience in the planning, design and delivery of large and complex buildings, with a predominant focus on hospitals as well as aged and health care facilities. Having assumed the role of Project Director for a number of high profile health focused facilities, Nic has further developed his all-round architectural skills, as well as a strong management focus toward project delivery, team management and broader strategic and business development areas.

Nic believes that the creation of a collaborative culture is vital to the success of the consultation process. Through this approach, Nic has established a proven track record of uniting and coordinating large multidisciplinary teams towards the successful delivery of major healthcare projects in Australia, the United Kingdom, Asia and the Middle East. Notable Healthcare projects include the new Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne; University Hospital, Dubai; Tsuen Wan Adventist Hospital, Hong Kong; St Paul’s Hospital, Hong Kong; and Shijiazhuang Hospital Masterplan, China.

Nic's passion for the built environment is evidenced through his accreditation as a Green Star Professional, his ongoing studies into the theory and application of Lean Design, and his innate ability to provide clients with the highest architectural standard in design and delivery.
