Richard has considerable experience in project development and planning with an emphasis on commercial development, having worked predominantly on retail and commercial projects over the last 30 years.
Richard focuses specifically on the quality of project delivery and has developed great skill in managing the process from inception to completion. He invests in building relationships with both clients, consultants and builders and places great emphasis on delivering exceptional service as well as design.
Having been founder and managing director of Flint Architects for over 25 years before merging with ThomsonAdsett in 2010, Richard has developed an enviable skill base in business development, financial management, strategic development, retail planning, contract administration and project management. He is well versed in the design and development of retail, commercial, mixed-use and industrial developments and brings to ThomsonAdsett a knowledge of architecture as a philosophy and as a business.
