Since joining ThomsonAdsett in 1997, Tieran has been involved in many projects particularly in the Aged Care, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial fields. He has developed a depth of knowledge in the current and future directions of designing accommodation for Australia's elderly and is committed to developments in this area. As the Managing Director of ThomsonAdsett Victoria, he has worked in partnership with teams across the company. His client focus and ability to balance the needs of functionality, design and business drivers are an important asset.
As a Project Leader, he has gained experience in guiding projects from their inception through to the final occupation of the building. He has skills in strategic planning. This has involved detailed brief formulation and the production of feasibility and Master Planning reports for clients; key in determining appropriate solutions and the best way forward for projects.
Tieran has a detailed understanding of the role and capabilities of technology in the production of architectural design and documentation. He is also interested in developing strategies using IT capabilities, enabling clients to become more closely involved in the design of their own facilities.
