Twin 10-storey towers produced maximum yield in this urban location, with 121 units on a site zoned for 50. Our architects successfully chal¬lenged the existing zoning with a landmark building designed to harmo¬nise with the surrounding environment.
The clever design of the podium allows pedestrian and vehicular traffic to be kept separate, enhancing both safety and quality of life for resi¬dents. By utilising the natural lie of the land, ramps were eliminated from the parking garage - drivers have direct on-grade access from the street.
